A global organization is seeking a senior legal leader to oversee all legal matters across a US region, with responsibility for commercial support, global litigation strategy, and legal team leadership.

• Partner cross-functionally on commercial transactions, including licensing and strategic agreements
• Lead all US legal matters and advise senior stakeholders
• Drive and manage global litigation strategy and complex disputes
• Lead and develop a US legal team

• 10+ years’ experience
