Creators keep 80% of ad profits, paid directly to their digital wallets connected to our banking cards, which can be used worldwide for purchases and cashouts. The remaining 20% supports social projects like free global festivals and a security force of peacekeepers helping with natural disasters.

We’ve built an ecosystem similar in structure to platforms like Instagram and TikTok — but fully independent, with our own financial system, creator monetization, and built-in protections from toxicity and manipulation.

We’ve collected contact data for 1,833 verified creators with a combined reach of 23.8 billion followers. Our early growth is focused on activating this creator base and scaling globally.

Your Role

​

We’re hiring a Legal Officer to build and manage the full legal foundation of our global tech media corporation.  

You’ll be responsible for all legal operations, including:

​

• Structuring the legal framework for a global digital platform  
• Drafting, reviewing, and maintaining corporate and product-related documentation  
• Preparing user agreements, partner contracts, equity terms, and internal policies  
• Supporting regulatory compliance in multiple jurisdictions  
• Advising on IP, content moderation, and digital financial operations  
• Acting as the primary legal advisor to the executive team

Requirements

​

• 8+ years in corporate or technology law  
• Strong experience in startup, media, or fintech legal environments  
• Ability to independently draft legal documentation from scratch  
• Deep understanding of international digital law, contracts, and data compliance  
• Clear, concise communicator with a high level of responsibility
