Lead LigaPay™'s legal and compliance infrastructure, ensuring regulatory readiness across jurisdictions for crypto, fintech, and remittance services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee regulatory strategy, licensing, and compliance operations  

• Lead relationships with legal counsel, regulators, and partners  

• Implement risk management, data privacy, AML/KYC protocols  

• Shape governance and legal structure as company scales

Requirements

• Proven legal expertise in fintech or crypto space  

• Understanding of multi-jurisdictional regulations (USA and global)  

• Experience securing licenses or navigating regulatory frameworks  

• Startup-friendly mindset with strategic legal acumen
