Senior Contracts Manager/Attorney
Job Description:

We are working with a cloud computing company that supports nonprofit, healthcare, and educational institutions. The company is seeking a contracts manager to review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts of varying types and complexity levels, particularly SaaS/cloud software sales agreements, DPAs and BAAs. The attorney will also be responsible for managing certain projects and improving processes related to commercial contracting efforts.
Who are we looking for?
- 5+ years' experience negotiating and redlining various contracts, with a focus on sales contracts
- Bar admission in any state is greatly preferred but not required
Job Details:
- Client: Cloud computing company
- Location: REMOTE
- Duration: 4-6 months with potential to extend
- Full-time: 30-40 hours a week
- Start Date: ASAP
- Pay Rate: $55-75/hour
