This session presents a contract maturity model as a tool to assess each organization’s current state as a starting point and offers a range of objectives as realistic goals for each planning period. The session will also pose the question of whether organizations should proceed in incremental small steps or leapfrog to the end game by examining the commercial readiness of technology to fully automate the contracting process.
