Job Description:

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Contracts And Legal Operations Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will support high-impact work that contributes directly to business performance and team success. You will collaborate across functions to move priorities forward, solve complex problems, and deliver measurable outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence both strategic direction and day-to-day execution in a fast-moving environment.

Location:

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation:

$165,000 – $185,000 annually

Responsibilities

  •  Draft, review, negotiate, and execute a high volume of commercial agreements
  •  Serve as the primary contact for business teams on contract-related inquiries
  •  Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with internal processes
  •  Assist with corporate maintenance tasks like annual filings and governance records
  •  Develop and maintain templates, playbooks, and clause libraries
  •  Track contract obligations and renewal dates to ensure compliance and prompt actions
  •  Implement and maintain a cutting-edge contract management system

Qualifications

  •  Bachelor's degree required
  •  6+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or similar in-house support role
  •  Strong background in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements (SaaS, vendor, procurement)
  •  Experience with CLM systems (e.g., Ironclad, Agiloft, DocuSign CLM)
  •  Proficiency in AI-powered legal tools and workflow design
  •  Working knowledge of low-code/no-code automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Power Automate)
  •  Strong project management skills and ability to handle high-volume workloads
