- Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of experience; OR
- Advanced Degree and 7-10 years of relevant experience; OR

Job Description:
- Reporting to the Senior Manager - Supply Chain Contracts within the Supply Chain Contracts team, this is a strategic role within the Legal, Contracts and Compliance function.
- This position coordinates with business partners on allocated supply chain contract matters, manages a complex portfolio of allocated supplier contracts, communicates with Interiors supply chain leadership, to develop and execute such contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Provides guidance to stakeholders daily for allocated projects.
- Drafts, generates, negotiates, interprets, and manages complex contract documents for allocated suppliers, in accordance with internal and external customer schedules to ensure these documents properly reflect business objectives.
- Performs analysis and prepares reports to ensure allocated contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters, in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
- Negotiates allocated supplier contracts with its stakeholders, to achieve business favourable terms.
- Reviews allocated contractual terms and conditions for their acceptability, as well as assessing the risk and impact.
- Uses legal resources and other subject matter experts to ensure all levels of risk are recognized and subsequently addressed through development of unique contract terms.
- Briefs management and other functional areas on contract status, risk mitigation and contingency plans based on developed recommendations, for allocated contracts.
- Identifies opportunities to streamline workflow and improve quality of work product.
- Brings forward recommendations to increase efficiencies through use of tool or process enhancements.
- Track and report key functional metrics.
- Represents the organization on legal issues for allocated contracts.
- Maintains historical legal records.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate or Advanced Degree in Business Administration
