RealREPP has teamed up with a successful boutique law firm to assist in hiring a Remote Paralegal, that must live near Sarasota, FL. The ideal candidates will have state & federal experience in civil, white-collar criminal, or political matters.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and examination of legal sources, including statutes, court decisions, legal articles, treaties, constitutions, and legal codes, to create various legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, or appeals, etc., for attorney use.
• Draft routine legal documents to be reviewed and utilized by attorneys.
• Compile and prepare preliminary responses to discovery requests.
• Organize and interpret data, reviewing and analyzing reports, responses, and records provided by opposing counsel.
• Facilitate communication and coordinate requests among various parties engaged in litigation, maintaining consistent contact with clients, claims, and collaborating closely with attorneys until the conclusion of the case.

Qualifications

• Prefer possession of a Bachelor’s degree 
• A preferred minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation
