Job Overview

As a Paralegal/ Administrator at Logicom, you will play a vital role in supporting the legal department and ensuring the smooth operation of corporate administrative functions. This position requires a keen attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in both Greek and English.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and updating corporate records, including business licenses, registrations, and other legal documentation.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant local and international regulations. Preparing and submitting required reports and filings to government authorities.
  • Assisting in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements. Maintaining organized records of legal documents and contracts.
  • Providing administrative support to the legal department, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and managing department files.
  • Utilizing your language skills to translate legal documents and correspondence. Providing interpretation services when necessary.
  • Maintaining positive relationships with external parties, including vendors and clients, as necessary for legal and administrative purposes.
  • Conducting legal research on various topics and regulations as directed by the legal department.
  • Accurately entering and maintaining data in corporate databases and information systems.
  • Assisting in other general administrative tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the legal department.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in both Greek and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in corporate administration, legal support, or a related field is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Cypriot corporate and legal law regulations is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management software.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A high degree of professionalism and ethical conduct.

Remuneration
