Job Title: MLR Process SME

Location- Ideally Chicago

Duration: Till Dec end

Required Qualifications

​

• Well versed with all MLR processes, rules, and regulations 
• Serve as subject matter expert to consult and help standarize, optimize MLR processes 
• Hands on experience using Veeva PromoMats for submission 
• Experience with E2E Content Supply Chain & Modular Content 
• Ability to prepare, execute, and present analytical findings (e.g. cycle time reductions) 
• Quick learning abilities 
• Extreme attention to details 
• Ability to work cross-functionally and in an environment with changing priorities 
• Sound business and technical acumen, especially in learning new software and platforms 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

Preferred Qualifications

​

• Previous experience within healthcare and/or biotech industries 
• Previous experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or compliance operations 
• Supply chain experience in or out of marketing spaces 
• Excellent software skills such as Microsoft Suite, Veeva PromoMat, Sharepoint, OneDrive
