Litigation Legal Assistant – Irvine - Hybrid

A prominent multi-office law firm has an immediate opening in its Irvine office for a highly skilled Litigation Legal Assistant in the civil litigation and employment law department. This position supports one accomplished litigation attorney and a team of paralegals on significant, high-profile matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, format, proofread, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents in State, Federal, and administrative forums
• Coordinate and manage heavy calendaring, including depositions, hearings, trials, and deadlines
• Handle trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, witness files, trial binders, and coordinating logistics
• Prepare and process expense reports, billing, and time entries accurately and on time
• Assist in managing case files, e-filing, and maintaining document databases
• Provide seamless trial support both in and out of the courtroom

Qualifications of Litigation Legal Assistant:

• Minimum of 10–15 years of civil litigation experience with California State and Federal Courts
• Solid experience with employment law administrative agencies
• Proven ability to support attorneys through all phases of trial
