What You Will Be Doing

​

The Legal Operations Manager will oversee Neros’ legal document workflows. The Legal Ops Manager will design and deliver trainings ensuring compliance across Neros’ global operations:

• Will oversee the intake, routing, tracking, and close-out of commercial agreements across all business lines
• Will administer “clause libraries” and ensure required FAR, DFARS, and other flow downs provisions are properly incorporated into the company’s commercial contracts as appropriate
• Will manage Neros’ due diligence data rooms
• Will design and run appropriate legal trainings related to FAR, DFARS, FCPA, sexual harassment, anti-counterfeit, ITAR (in collaboration with the ECO), and maintain an audit-ready record of these trainings

You should have the following

​

• A Bachelor’s degree
• At least 3 years’ experience as a legal ops manager, paralegal, or similar role, at a law firm or in an in-house legal department
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Outgoing, with the ability to work energetically across business lines
• Ability to work full-time in office

​

• Defense tech experience highly desired
• Startup experience

US Salary Range

​

$80,000 – $120,000+ USD

​

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are considered art of Neros' total compensation package.
