Legal Operations - Ironclad Specialist
Job Description:
Trustpoint.One has an immediate opening for a Legal Operations - Ironclad Specialist on a contract basis for a global legal software company. This role will support workflow design and work closely with the legal team to evaluate, streamline, and implement efficient processes to optimize operations. Successful candidates will have expertise in Ironclad Workflow Design, setting up life cycle presets and previous experience in legal operations. The expected duration of the assignment will be 4-6 months and the expected hours are 40/week.
Responsibilities:
- Ironclad Workflow Design, implement, and optimize workflows tailored to legal operations
- Setting up and optimizing life cycle presets; data management and cleanup
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess current processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop documentation and training materials to support workflow adoption
- Ensure workflows align with organizational goals and compliance requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in workflow design, Ironclad and legal operations
- Advanced usage of Workflow Designer, including placing Lifecycle Presets
- Experience with archiving a strong plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written, and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a part-time schedule
- Able to solve dynamic problems in a solution-oriented environment
- All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time
