Nichols Law is an employment law firm, helping employee clients navigate challenging issues and resolve disputes with their employers. After representing employers for many years, we now represent employees. We build consultative partnerships with our clients and prioritize their health and well-being. Legal Assistant Position

As a legal assistant at Nichols Law, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team and assisting with client intakes and case management. This position offers hands-on learning experience, with opportunities for mentorship and professional growth. Whether you're managing intakes or assisting with documents you will be an integral part of our collaborative team. 

Responsibilities Include

  • Preparing chronologies and witness lists
  • Helping attorneys preparing discovery responses and preparing for depositions
  • Document management and organizing case files and exhibits
  • Coordinating service and filing of documents 
  • Proof reading
  • Client intake management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-2 years of law firm experience preferred
