Legal and Compliance Counsel

Responsibilities

• Providing legal guidance for domestic and international business operations.
• Negotiating and analysing various contracts.
• Provide internal help for legal problems. 
• Established group-wide norms and guidelines.
• Led project management for compliance and digitization initiatives.
• Implemented and supported legal and compliance training courses.
• Provide additional support to the General Counsel.

Qualifications

• Completed a law or business law degree.
• At least three years of experience practicing commercial law, preferably in an industrial enterprise.
• Strong interest in technological settings related to our goods and digitalization processes.
• Fluent in German and English
• Demonstrates self-sufficiency, problem-solving skills, and confidence.
