Days onsite/hours: 4-days per week
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience as a Contracts Manager
- Extensive experience using SYPRO or CEMAR for contract management
- Extensive experience creating and managing various types of Engineering contracts – Category C Contracts, FIDIC, NEC3, etc.
- Experience within the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences Industry
- Expert knowledge and experience working in a highly regulated environment
- Experience within the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences Industry
- Strong stakeholder management including the ability to build relationships and effectively communicate
- High attention to detail and a sense of urgency to meet and exceed business requirements
- Ability to work in a complex, matrixed environment
Day-to-Day: Insight Global is seeking a Lead Contracts Manager in Marietta, Pennsylvania. The Lead Contracts Manager will report into the Project Controls Lead and work with the Program Manager onsite. This role will have two main job functions: Procurement and Project Controls. Procurement responsibilities include developing and negotiating net new contract terms and conditions with third party contractors for the purchasing of goods and services. In addition, the successful candidate will manage the contract agreement itself in regard to large-scale, substantial contract changes, resolving disputes, and supporting litigation terms with internal legal team. Responsibilities around Project Controls include commercial contract management, daily administration, timely delivery of SLA’s and deliverable milestones between third parties, and providing monthly reports. This role will manage various types of contracts to procure good and services within a Pharmaceutical Construction environment including Bespoke Contracts, Category C Contracts, NEC3, and FIDIC Contracts. Experience from a chartered institute, such as RICS, would be a strong plus. This role requires extensive stakeholder engagement – candidate must have excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence to communicate with the business stakeholders effectively and proactively. Candidate must have experience within the pharmaceutical industry. This role has an on-site requirement of 4-days per week.
Compensation:
$105/hr to $115/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
