For our Client (Leading Global Investment Banking, Securities and Investment Management Firm) we are actively looking for KYC Analyst.

Requirements

​

• 1-3 years of relevant experience (KYC/AML and regulations)
• Proven analytical skills, problem solving ability
• A quick-learner 
• Self-motivated and proactive team player
• Proven ability to work well in a team environment
• excellent English skills both verbal and written 
• Strong problem solving/facilitation abilities
• Proven record of managing multiple priorities/tasks/projects at the same time
• preferably French/Arabic/Hebrew speaker

Responsibilities

​

• Performing anti-money laundering (AML) checks to ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Promptly and knowledgeably addressing inquiries from clients, internal departments, and business stakeholders
• Identifying and escalating risks and issues as needed
• Collaborating on initiatives to improve processes for the benefit of Compliance Operations (COB) in the EMEA region and globally
• Engaging in regular meetings with management, Compliance, and Quality Assurance to foster strong relationships
• Contributing to ad hoc onboarding projects when necessary
• Offering additional support as needed within the COB team.
