Interim Contracts Manager & CLM Specialist
Job Description:
Major, Lindsey & Africa’s Interim Legal Talent group is seeking, on behalf of our corporate client, a Contracts Manager & CLM Specialist. This is an interim opportunity with the possibility of conversion.

Company:
Medical Device Outsource Manufacturer based in Plano, TX
Experience:
Demonstrated experience in contracts management & negotiations. Previous high level use of a CLM system and / or CMS.
Location:
Remote
Responsibilities Include:
- Review and approve Physician Services Agreements (PSA), ensuring compliance with legal and policy requirements.
- Verify that commercial terms in the submitted package match those in the PSA and review all legal language, including any redlines.
- Ensure fair market value support and internal approvals are included in the agreement package.
- Collaborate with business development teams to ensure agreements align with organizational policies and legal standards.
- Provide legal guidance on Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute compliance as needed.
- Assist with the negotiation of contract terms with operators as needed.
- Manage a high volume of agreements, with a turnaround time of a few days per agreement.
Qualifications Include:
- Demonstrated experience (3-5 years +) and background in contracts management & negotiations
- Experience working with CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) and CMS (Contract Management Systems) is ideal
- Experience with sophisticated, complex agreements.
- JD, Paralegal, BA all are acceptable for this role.
Pay:
$50 to $75 per hour, depending on relevant experience, background, and qualifications.
