Head of Legal

Responsibilities:

• Supervising the operations of the legal department.
• Leading and mentoring the Legal team, including onboarding new members.
• Drafting legal documents pertaining to gaming services and solutions for the online wagering sector.
• Collaborating closely with relevant stakeholders and departments within the organization.
• Providing legal and regulatory guidance for contract negotiations, corporate matters, and new business endeavors.
• Developing and implementing legal protocols and policies to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Conducting ongoing legal research to stay abreast of regulatory changes.
• Representing the company in legal proceedings and liaising with external legal counsel when necessary.
• Identifying and mitigating legal risks.
• Establishing and managing legal databases.
• Conducting legal analysis and researching various legal issues.
• Preparing legal opinions, memoranda, and briefing documents.
• Reviewing legal documentation and formulating dispute resolution protocols.
• Monitoring the implementation of legal provisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the legal field.
• Prior experience in the gambling industry.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Strong analytical and research capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Fluent in English.
