Ethics and Compliance Specialist
Job Description
As an Ethics & Compliance Specialist based in Chicago, Il or Battle Creek, MI you will help to improve our global program. Working with the Ethics & Compliance team and cross functional partners to promote ethical business practices across the global business by conducting investigations, support hotline reporting, manage ethics training, policy enforcement and actively participate in the E &C program development. In this role, you will model a culture of ethics and integrity and work with a broad set of stakeholders at all job levels throughout the company.

A Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing
- System Administration – In this role you will assist with online training system administration responsible for planning and launching training campaigns and other related communication needs. You will also review incoming reports through the company’s global hotline and log concerns escalated to the Office of Ethics and Compliance through other reporting channels.
- Risk Assessment – You will proactively identify and communicate trends, and independently escalate new, high-risk matters. Your knowledge and awareness of the external environment will be an asset!
- Investigations – You will investigate routine matters involving potential violation of Global Code of Ethics and Kellanova policies. Additionally, you will support investigations of complex matters.
Your Recipe for Success
- Bachelor’s Degree and combination of professional experience, advanced degree or training in compliance, audit, legal, HR, investigation, or related field.
- Highly developed interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
- CCEP or similar certification preferred.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Flexible, hybrid work arrangement with regular in-office
