Director, Legal Operations

Job Description:

We are partnered with a high-growth AI company seeking a Director of Legal Operations to build and scale legal infrastructure across the organization. This role is ideal for someone hands-on, systems-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment.

What you’ll do:

• Own legal operations, workflows, and contract management processes
• Manage CLM systems, legal tooling, and document organization
• Support privacy, KYC, and compliance operations, including OneTrust administration
• Handle day-to-day paralegal and operational legal work while helping scale systems for growth
• Partner closely with legal, finance, security, and business teams

What we’re looking for:

• Significant legal ops experience in a startup or high-growth environment
• Deep familiarity with CLM platforms, privacy/compliance tooling, and legal workflows
• Strong operational judgment and ability to self-serve independently
• Organized, proactive, and highly execution-oriented
