Director, Legal and Compliance Operations
Job Description:
For our client, we are seeking a Director Legal And Compliance Operations to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead continuous improvement work focused on process discipline, productivity, and measurable operating gains. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.
Location:
Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation:
$120,000 – $150,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Design and implement the operating model for Legal and Compliance
- Develop standardized workflows for contracting and regulatory compliance
- Establish clear service delivery frameworks including SLAs and triage models
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead the integration of AI-driven capabilities into operations
- Build and manage centralized intake systems for workload visibility
- Own and optimize the contracting workflow infrastructure
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced or AI-related training preferred
- 7+ years in legal operations, compliance operations, or similar fields
- Experience in applying AI or automation in operational settings is preferred
- Strong process design and operational mindset essential
- Proven project and vendor management skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical capabilities
- Superb attention to detail with strong organizational skills
