Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the strategic vision for licensing and registration policies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations while proactively managing the acquisition, renewal, and maintenance of necessary licenses and registrations.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with government agencies and regulatory bodies, serving as the primary liaison and advocate for the organization's interests.
- Lead data collection, analysis, and reporting related to licensing and registration, leveraging insights to drive informed decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Continuously assess and improve licensing and registration processes to optimize performance and ensure compliance.
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs to educate staff on licensing and registration requirements, promoting best practices and knowledge transfer.
- Oversee direct reports, including selection, career development, performance improvement, workload prioritization, and deadline management.
- Stay up to date with industry regulations and trends, ensuring the organization adapts to legislative changes and maintains a strong culture of compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of local, state, and federal regulations.
