Job Description:

Our client, a dynamic leader in the industry, is seeking a Contracts Manager/Negotiator to join their team. As a Contracts Manager/Negotiator, you will be part of the Contracts Management Department supporting various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: 

Austin, TX (Hybrid schedule - 3 days onsite)

What's the Job?

  • Draft and negotiate commercial sales agreements across multiple routes-to-market. 
  • Collaborate closely with counsel and contracts managers to develop and update contractual terms. 
  • Facilitate global cross-functional reviews with a focus on maintaining a positive partner experience. 
  • Assist with the template approval and management process to ensure consistency in contracts. 
  • Provide detailed proofreading and analysis of sales agreements and respond to requests for contract support. 

What's Needed?

  • 6+ years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial sales agreements. 
  • Strong working knowledge of applicable commercial legal principles. 
  • Ability to manage diverse contractual issues simultaneously with a high degree of quality. 
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills. 
  • Project management skills, including the ability to present and deliver on project objectives and timelines.
