CVP seeks an experienced and detail-oriented Contracts Manager to manage Contracts, Subcontracts, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Teaming Agreements (TAs), Consulting Agreements, and Modifications for a thriving technology and business consultancy in the DC Metro Area.   • Lead the management of CVP Prime Contracts and Subcontracts with specialized knowledge, offering valuable guidance to the Business Group on contractual risks and clauses.
  • Prepare, submit and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA), Teaming Agreements (TAs), Subcontract Agreements, Subcontract Task Order, Consulting Agreements, and Modifications.
  • Complete other tasks and reporting as requested by the Vice President of Contracts to include but not limited to Contract & Subcontract closeouts, Monthly Manager Reporting, and annual Subcontractor Reporting.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work closely with Accounting/Finance regarding project specific needs and as needed to complete required monthly reporting and proposal review.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of FAR and DFAR clauses.
  • Utilize Microsoft Suite Tools, Adobe, and Government reporting sites.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Contracts and Subcontracts, with a focus on reviewing and negotiating various agreements.
  • Experience in negotiation of NDAs, Teaming Agreements and other nonstandard agreements in the federal marketplace as a prime and subcontractor.
  • Demonstrated capability to swiftly identify priorities and adjust assignments as needed.
  • Strong time management skills and multi-task ability, coordinating and prioritizing multiple projects and assignments under supervision.
  • Strong and effective communication with employees and senior management, including Vice Presidents and CVP’s CEO.
  • Collaborative team player with exceptional teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment.

Location is 100% remote.
