Responsibilities and Duties – Compliance Administrator
- Complete client and candidate schedules – arrange for signatures where needed and double check these are correct on CRM ensuring provisions are mirrored where appropriate
- Oversee candidate on-boarding including clearance checks as well as uploading documents on the CRM and Client portals
- Support and assist in the Candidate and Client Care Program Management
- Ensure all compliance for all Contractors is on CRM before contractors go on site
- Amend Stott and May TOB and addendums as appropriate
- Deal with extensions and terminations
- Help managing the GDPR Privacy inbox, i.e. any requests for information, erasure requests or other GDPR related requests
- Manage CRM reports on new candidates and ensure information is accurate and up-to-date
- Provide support to the Major Accounts Team as necessary
- Ensure CRM is maintained and updated at all times
- Liaise with and chase candidates, contractors, clients and consultant with regards to missing documents and information
