We’re looking to build out our roster of high-caliber Contract Managers for full time and part time roles.

​

In particular, we’re seeking individuals with the following experience (some or all):

​

• 5+ years of legal experience in a commercial law firm or in-house, with a particular focus on procurement, sales support, commercial support, or general contracting.
• Experience as an in-house lawyer or contract manager at a SaaS/technology company.
• Experience in reviewing, drafting, consulting, advising on and negotiating commercial agreements, including software licensing, distribution, marketing and promotional arrangements.
• Expertise with CLM software systems including systems implementation, database management, auditing, review, and management
• Experience drafting and improving templates, playbooks, and policies
