Role Description

This is a contract role for a Contract Manager at Symbioun. The Contract Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of contract agreements, including drafting, negotiating, and ensuring compliance. This is a hybrid role based in Nashville, TN, with the option for some remote work.

• Strong contract management and negotiation skills
• Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts
• Knowledge of contract law and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Proficiency in contract management software
• Experience in the software services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field
