Job Title: Contracts Manager

Location: Syracuse, NY or Waltham, MA

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain contract strategies and delivery models for our client's NY Electric capital portfolio.
• Support the Programme Team in engaging with the Business Unit and managing strategic relationships.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of procurement strategies, ensuring maximum value and managing supply chain risks.
• Collaborate with teams within Procurement to support overall category management efforts.
• Gather and organize data from various sources to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to align their efforts with the firm’s strategic plan.

Skills Required:

• Experience in large scale complex construction and contract negotiation.
• Proven ability to oversee large-scale contracting initiatives with a focus on cost control and risk mitigation.
• Relationship management experience, with a focus on driving commercial value through contracts.
• Ability to independently lead projects or work streams, from scoping to generating insights.
• Exceptional multitasking skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with concurrent deadlines.
• Expert use of Excel and PowerPoint to create and present actionable insights.
