Contract Manager

Job Description:

• Manages and controls the contractual relationship with Technology and Data Services suppliers (including enterprise agreements and Software as a Service).  
• Coordinates contract activities, including contract development, negotiation and transition.  
• Creates, negotiates and incorporates contract amendments, renegotiating the contract, if required, to accommodate scope changes or changes in organization requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead through strategic thinking, financial analytics, external marketplace focus and partnering closely with business units to influence and help drive key, strategic business decisions.  
• Develop strategic, forward thinking global category plans with multi-year value generating sourcing initiatives to enable the business success.  
• Bring external insights, innovative ideas, and an enterprise view on market trends, competitive landscape value generation and strategic sourcing opportunities.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.  
• Typically has 4 to 6 years of finance or contract management experience.
