About the Role:

Our Client is looking for a smart, organized, and collaborative Contracts Administrator to help them manage the full lifecycle of mid-complex Government contracts and subcontracts. You’ll work across teams to ensure every agreement—from NDAs to IDIQs—is airtight, compliant, and delivered with confidence.
🛠 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Administer and manage a variety of contracts (CPFF, FFP, T&M, IDIQ) from cradle to closeout
- Serve as a key liaison between company and customers—you're the go-to for all things contractual
- Navigate FAR, DFARS, and other acronyms like a pro
- Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, teaming agreements, subcontracts, and consulting agreements
- Support high-volume responses under IDIQs, including RFIs and RFPs
- Keep our contract repository organized and compliant—every doc in its right place
- Partner with proposal teams to review RFPs and prep winning submissions
- Lead and assist with continuous improvement projects and internal processes
- Engage with senior leadership and participate in Joint Ventures, Mentor-Protégé relationships, and SBA-related programs
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience in Federal contracting, including subcontract management
- Deep understanding of FAR/DFARS, government procurement methods, and contract types
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with contract management platforms
- Proven ability to negotiate and review terms that balance compliance and business goals
Bonus If You Have:
- Experience with SBA programs (8(a), HUBZone, JV/Mentor-Protégé, SDVOBs, etc.)
- Familiarity with Contractor Manpower Reporting, SharePoint, and contract tracking tools
- A Secret or Top-Secret clearance (or eligibility to get one)
