As a Working Student in Compliance Operations, you'll play a key role in our operations.
WorkFlex is a B2B SaaS platform that enables employers to allow their employees to work from anywhere without facing any compliance risks. 150+ clients are using WorkFlex already, including Scout24, BioNTech, Vodafone, Flix, and others.
In this role, you will:
- Help us proofread policies and check contracts for accuracy and compliance.
- Research the process of requesting certificates in Europe and other countries.
- Follow up with relevant authorities and governmental entities.
- Escalate any issues to the relevant stakeholders.
- Engage directly with clients to foster collaboration and contribute to building a centralized knowledge base.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks as required to support seamless operations; the role may expand over time to encompass additional responsibilities.
About you:
- Currently enrolled as a working student, pursuing studies in law, operations, business, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
- Excellent command of German and English.
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements, processes, and information management systems.
- A high level of initiative and autonomy.
- Available for a minimum commitment of 6 months.
