Title: Chief Legal Officer (U.S. Fintech)

Folosera is a next-generation fintech platform enabling individuals to invest in vetted tech startups starting from just 1,000 SAR. With a smart AI financial assistant, crypto support, and a mission to democratize wealth creation, we're preparing to launch in the United States and looking for legal leadership to help us do it right.

What You’ll Do:  

• Lead U.S. incorporation (Delaware C-Corp) and legal structuring  
• Oversee all regulatory compliance: SEC, FINRA, AML/KYC, and crypto laws  
• Draft and review legal documents including Terms, Privacy Policy, and investor agreements  
• Advise on app store compliance, AI regulation, and data protection laws  
• Coordinate with external counsel and regulatory bodies

You Should Have:  

• U.S. law degree (JD) and admission to the bar in at least one state  
• 7+ years experience in fintech, venture capital, or financial services law  
• Deep understanding of U.S. securities regulation (especially Reg CF / Reg D)  
• Knowledge of crypto and AI regulation is a strong plus  
• Startup mindset and willingness to work hands-on
