Senior Contract Manager

Job Description:

Our Oil and Gas client is looking to add a Senior Contract Manager to their team! This Long Term Contract position is located near the Westchase Area of Houston and has the option for Hybrid Flexibility The Ideal Candidate will be have 8+ years of industry experience Subsea Contract negotiations. Only Candidate currently residing in Houston, Texas will be considered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Generate Subsea type contracts and service agreements
• Execute procurement processes for major offshore capital projects
• Management of bidding procedures and reviews
• Negotiate complex contracts with vendors suppliers and subcontractors
• Implement cost effective and timely sourcing strategies and category management decisions
• Monitor project performance to ensure compliance with contractual terms and agreement

Requirements

• 10 years minimum experience with the Subsea/Platform commissioning projects
• 5 years minimum experience working on Offshore capital related projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP or SAP Ariba
• Background in vendor qualification and RFI/RFP processes
