Manager Contract Administration
Job Summary
We are seeking a Manager of Contract Administration to join our dynamic and fast-paced Contract Administration team. This role is responsible for managing the contract administration process from contract initiation to close-out, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the contract administration process, including contract review, negotiation, and execution
- Develop and maintain contract templates, obtaining necessary approvals and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on contract administration processes and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Procurement, and Finance to ensure contract compliance and risk mitigation
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
- Manage and track contract-related data and metrics, providing reporting and analysis to senior management
- Ensure contractual obligations are met, and company interests are protected
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in contract administration, procurement, or related field
- Strong knowledge of contract laws, regulations, and best practices
- Proven experience in managing contracts, including development, negotiation, and execution
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
