Role Description

​

This is a full-time hybrid role as a General Counsel & VP of Legal at Keolis North America Inc. located in Boston, MA, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves overseeing legal matters, providing strategic legal advice, managing regulatory compliance, and leading the legal team.

Qualifications

​

• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and good standing
• Proven experience as a General Counsel or VP of Legal in a complex organization
• Strong knowledge of transportation and regulatory law
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• Experience in managing legal teams and outside counsel
• Demonstrated ability to provide strategic legal advice to senior management
