As the Real Estate Paralegal with this real estate development company, you will be responsible for providing administrative and substantive support to several experienced lawyers. In this role, you will work on various projects related to asset management, real estate development, corporate formation, capital market services, environmental consulting, and other exciting initiatives. About the Job:

  • Provide administrative support for the legal team, including scheduling meetings and keeping everyone organized.
  • Draft and edit corporate documents, maintain corporate records and files, and prepare correspondence.
  • Assist with real estate transactions, including due diligence, environmental reports, and closing logistics.
  • Keep track of critical deadlines, deliverables, and transactions.
  • Conduct research, liaise with other business units, and maintain business licenses and registrations.

About You:

  • Experienced. Qualified candidates must have at least two (2) or more years of legal experience, ideally with a transactional practice area. Paralegal certificate, Associates Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Professional. You are tactful and thrive under pressure. You treat others with respect.
  • Tech whiz. You know the advanced functions of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Trustworthy. You conduct yourself with the highest level of ethics and integrity.
  • Communicative. You are organized and have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
