Our client, a Law Firm is seeking a talented and experienced lawyer specializing in corporate law with 5-6 years of professional experience in Luxembourg.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on legal aspects related to the establishment, restructuring, and dissolution of companies.
• Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to corporate transactions.
• Provide informed counsel on mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate governance matters.
• Represent clients in commercial litigation and dispute resolution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in corporate law practice.
