Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support of Sungrow’s contract negotiation, execution, and management.
  • Coordination of contract review and negotiation with other departments in Sungrow’s North American organization including but not limited to sales, legal, engineering, service, finance, and operations.
  • Contract summary management.
  • Improvement of contractual consistency throughout Sungrow’s customer-facing contracts.
  • Development of best practices and process improvements
  • Close coordination with operations and service around operational execution of contract requirements.
  • Support customer escalation path and coordination with project specific contractual requirements.
  • Business travel might be required from time to time

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience of sales administration and management is required.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience of contract management is required.
  • Previous experience in renewable industry is a strong plus, especially if on the manufacturing side of the industry.
  • Strong knowledge and skill set in business communication
  • Good understanding of sales and project execution process
  • Good understanding of product marketing principles and knowledge
  • Able to work on a fast pace, dynamic and multicultural environment
  • Travel with sales as needed to provide sales support
  • Minimal bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management or Accounting
