We are currently looking for a Compliance Specialist with heavy background in Marketing Operations Compliance
This is a long term contract that can be done remotely. W2 only, No C2C or third parties.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Business Risk, Compliance, Legal, and marketing team to ensure timely completion and approval of all relevant Marketing Improvement Plan materials
- Support general compliance and risk related projects for the Marketing department
- Departmental communication and requests for documentation/information in order to satisfy Marketing Improvement Plan requirements
- Assist team in other Risk and Compliance efforts, as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Marketing Operations Compliance experience
- Previous banking or financial services is a plus
- Excellent communications
